如保提高盖板模具的性能

盖板模具是以特定的结构形式通过一定方式将材料成型的一种产品,这也能进行成批生产一定形状、尺寸要求的制品,盖板是道路建筑工程中应用最为广泛的建材。
The cover mold is a kind of product which can form the material in a certain way with a specific structural form, which can also produce products with certain shape and size requirements in batch. The cover plate is the most widely used building material in road construction engineering.

为了提高塑料盖板模具的抗蚀性、耐磨性、抗热疲劳和防粘附性能,可采用离子渗氮。离子渗氮的突出优点是显着地缩短了渗氮时间。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and adhesion resistance of plastic cover mold, plasma nitriding can be used. The outstanding advantage of plasma nitriding is that the nitriding time is significantly shortened.

   


可通过不同气体组份调节控制渗层组织,降低了渗氮层的表面脆性,变形小,渗层硬度分布曲线较平稳,不易产生剥落和热疲劳。
The surface brittleness of the nitrided layer can be reduced by adjusting different gas components, and the deformation is small. The hardness distribution curve of the nitrided layer is stable, and it is not easy to produce spalling and thermal fatigue.

可渗的基体材料比气体渗氮广,无毒,不会爆炸,生产安全,但对形状复杂模具,难以获得均匀的加热和均匀的渗层,且渗层较浅,过渡层较陡,温度测定及温度均匀性仍有待于解决。
