在盖板模具的保养中主要我们应该从三方面入手，分别是使用前、使用中和使用后，只有在这三方面都注意，才能使盖板模具的使用寿命一定程度的延长，才能让盖板模具更好的为我们所用。
In the maintenance of the cover mold, we should start from three aspects, namely, before use, during and after use. Only when we pay attention to these three aspects, can the service life of the cover die be extended to a certain extent, and the cover mold can be better used for us.

首先在使用盖板模具之前，我们一定要在盖板模具内侧均匀的涂抹一层费油，只有如此才能更好更快的脱模，也不会对盖板模具造成损伤。
First of all, before using the cover mold, we must evenly apply a layer of waste oil on the inside of the cover mold, only in this way can we demould faster and better, and will not damage the cover mold.

其次在使用盖板模具时，在震动平台上放置的时间不宜过短或过长，这样不但不利于模具的脱模，还会对模具造成刮伤从而造成瑕疵，不利于模具的第二次使用。
Secondly, when using the cover mold, the time of placing on the vibration platform should not be too short or too long, which is not conducive to the mold demoulding, but also to the mold scratch, resulting in defects, which is not conducive to the second use of the mold.

最后在盖板模具完成生产之后，一定要对其进行清洗，并放置于干燥通风处，只有这样，才能在瑕疵使用盖板模具的时候，模具光洁如新。
Finally, after the cover mold is finished, it must be cleaned and placed in a dry and ventilated place. Only in this way can the mold be as clean as new when using the cover mold with defects.
